A free alternative for everyday PDF tasks
PlainPage is built for the small jobs that should be simple: combining attachments, extracting a few pages, converting photos into a PDF, or getting editable text out of a document. It runs on static hosting and uses your device for the processing.
Questions before you start
Are there subscriptions or download fees?
No. The tools on this site are free to use, without registration or paid downloads.
Are files uploaded?
No. Files are opened locally by browser code. Hosting providers can receive ordinary website access logs, but PlainPage has no document-upload endpoint.
Can this replace every desktop PDF feature?
No. Exact Word layout conversion, OCR, editing existing PDF text and secure redaction are not included. Each tool explains its specific limits.
What are the file limits?
The PDF workspace supports up to 25 files, 100 MB per file, 200 MB combined and 300 pages per session. Image conversion supports up to 50 images and 200 MB total. Device memory can impose lower limits.
