Your documents stay on your device.

PlainPage opens selected files in browser memory. Processing and conversion happen locally. This site has no document-upload endpoint, account system, advertising or analytics code.

What the web host can receive

Like other websites, the host receives requests for the site’s pages, scripts and other assets. Its access logs may include your IP address and browser information. Your selected document contents are not part of those requests.

Where files are stored

This app does not save document contents in browser storage. Files remain in memory while the page is open. Reloading or closing the page clears the session. Downloads are saved where you choose on your device.

Libraries and previews

The deployed build serves its libraries from the same website, without runtime CDN dependencies. Word previews strip active content and external image links. Browser printing uses your browser’s own print destination; choose Save as PDF to save locally.

Your choice

You can leave without an account or cleanup request. Start over clears the working session. Keep your original documents until you have reviewed any exported copies.
